Arden - Agrihood Community

Instead of being built around a golf course, the heart of Arden is an organic farm. Arden, a moderate-sized development of 2,000 single-family homes, includes a five-acre farm with a big red barn which sits a few hundred feet from the development’s clubhouse, and includes terraced pools and waterfalls straight out of a resort. Arden is an agrihood (defined as an organized community that integrates agriculture into a residential setting). At Arden, the heart of the community is the 5-acre working farm, where residents can till the soil and reap some of the bounty grown on-site.
