Azul is a one-of-a-kind community and offers a convenient small town, downtown lifestyle. This new urban community brings 49 multifamily units to the heart of downtown Stuart, located in Martin County, FL.

Built in 2019, it is the first new rental community in downtown Stuart in decades. It is located just blocks from restaurants, shopping, theaters, galleries and recreation and is only two blocks from the Marina.

Services

Lucido & Associates provided land planning, governmental coordination and landscape architecture services to include Planned Unit Development Rezoning, Master site planning and landscape and hardscape design services.
