This unique Ritz branded golf course community is located outside of Washington D.C., in a region of Virginia known for its historic Civil War battles. The project consists of approximately 100 home sites situated on top of rolling picturesque hills, offering a spectacular view of the Nicklaus golf course. Lucido & Associates provided site and master planning services, landscape architecture, and entry design features.
