Through the creation of a full 3D project model and the creative use of “before” and “after” images, we were able to clearly articulate the vision which resulted in project approval. The images showcase how the development could enhance the existing area using streetscapes that incorporate landscaping, building murals, and the elimination of unsightly utilities.
